All massage sessions are tailored to each client's individual needs, based on what the client requests and what the therapist discovers through her experienced touch. Our massages are a combination of relaxing Swedish and therapeutic Deep Tissue massage. Clients are encouraged to let their therapist know if they need any changes to be comfortable: pressure, positioning, room temperature, etc.

Other than our monthly cycle, we don't tend to spend much attention on the health of our pelvic region. Mercier Therapy can be incredibly beneficial to women at all stages of life. This work includes deep abdominal manipulation and reorganization, release of the muscles and fascia of the pelvis, and relieving trigger points and ligaments that can be the cause of pain. This work can be moderate to intense, but not be painful. What can this work do?
