Motherhood is an amazing and transformative experience that can also take its toll on your body. From pregnancy and birth through caring for the needs of an infant or toddler, our bodies are taken to their limit. My work is a combination of therapeutic Deep Tissue and relaxing Swedish Massage, which creates freedom and movement in the body while providing a healing and relaxing experience and brings balance to a body full of change. A therapeutic massage session with me is tailored to the specific challenges your body is experiencing, while also providing a warm and nurturing touch that helps you to unwind. I have two decades of experience working with prenatal and postpartum women and I really understand the physical transformation that the body goes through and how to help you feel better. I am certified in prenatal massage and use specific techniques to relieve conditions common in pregnancy. My postpartum work helps bring a body back to its pre-pregnancy state and may include exercises, stretches, and scar rehabilitation. Moms give so much to take care of their babies that they often forget to take care of themselves… getting an hour massage can feel like pressing a reset button on your body!

Jenna Denning
Jenna has been a massage therapist for two decades, specializing in prenatal and postpartum massage. In 2003 she became a birth doula to compliment her massage work and broaden her prenatal passion (now retired). In 2004 she had her first child and her second in 2007, during which time she continued her massage work and attended occasional births. Jenna was co-owner and Director of Birth Doula Services for Bundle of Joy from 2011 until 2013 when she decided to focus on her family and growing her personal massage practice. After 12 years of driving around Los Angeles, Jenna was very excited to have achieved her goal of having a studio to call her own! She has been in this location for 10 years, and has been easing the discomforts of pregnancy and motherhood for hundreds of women every year.
